SOFTWARE COMPANY SAVES BIG ON IMPLEMENTATION TIME
A UK based software company with a global footprint in the print media space needed to provide support for their customers with existing Salesforce implementations. However, there was a lack of willingness of sales departments to access the company application to book ads. This meant significant modification for each customer integration based on their bespoke needs, resulting in increased costs and slower time to delivery.
Ness stepped in to design and deliver custom integration through MS technology with administration capabilities. This way, company consultants could set up integration based on customers’ needs without new custom development. We also developed software based on the Salesforce platform for front-office company employees to book ads via their Salesforce instance without needing to access the company application, which required significant operational processes.
All-in-all, Ness was able to reduce company implementation time from an average of one month to one week. The scalable architecture of the SW solution helps the company continuously deliver new capabilities and custom requirements without interfering with the SW strategy – thus reducing release management professionals from 2 to 1.
