The Solution

Ness was selected as a partner with deep experience in engineering cloud-first products. Data security and privacy were implemented using 256-bit AES encryption, conformance to SOC-2 Type II, HIPAA, Privacy Shield compliance. As well as a disaster recovery program with data archiving and API-based integrations with other enterprise applications like ServiceNow, and other ITSM monitoring tools.
