What is your role here at Ness? What do you do?
I have been fortunate to take up the role of client partner for the EdTech vertical globally. With so much happening across this sector, I aim to work alongside our brilliant team and support clients in their digital transformation journey.

Tell us a bit about how you began your journey in this industry.
In 2006, I started as an analyst in the IT services sector. I later moved on to business consulting and account management working across clients from MEE and meeting excellent mentors who supported me to be where I am today.

What are your thoughts on the future of this space/ industry?
EdTech is one of the most dynamic sectors. The onset of the pandemic hugely disrupted the EdTech space with an accelerated move to digital. Seeing how every player in this ecosystem adapted to the disruption was brilliant. However, this disruption is ongoing, and I believe the learner-centric focus on every product and service in the development stage will automatically bring innovation to the fore.

What is one of the best career advice you have ever had?
Never be afraid to ask what you want. Worst case, it will be just a ‘No,’ but you will never regret it!

What motivates you to work hard?
Thrill in learning new things and the adrenaline rush you get when the hard work translates into meaningful stuff, meeting brilliant folks as everyone has something unique to offer

A peek at your to-do list – personal as well as professional?
Personal – Read more and a lot! Learn a language and lots of other things 😊

Professional – I have a long way to go, but the immediate is to work with my team, with guidance from my mentors, and evolve ourselves to offer the best to our clients

Everyone has their morning routine to help get their day going. What is your morning routine? Do you have a preference for hot beverages?
A cup of tea in peace before the hustle of the day starts! Tea and coffee both 😊 I would love to read a newspaper along with that!

I know you love traveling. What is the next place on your list?
I love to travel, and next on the list is Iceland.
