Ness Košice, the main IT partner of the club, has released the new e-shop, which will be, for the first time in the history managed by the club. The e-shop is a part of HC Košice digital strategy, which aims to increase club revenues, reduce costs, and provide the fans with a comfortable approach to the information, products and services.
Stanislav Mucha, PR & Marketing Director, Ness Košice: „We expect significant growth of merchandising revenues. Attractive products, club name and active online campaigns should multiply the revenues comparing to the previous years. “
The e-shop will relate to the loyalty program in close future, which will enable the fans to exchange their loyalty points for products and various rewards.
Stanislav Mucha: „Based on current situation and club needs, we decided to release the e-shop as a priority to be followed by our own ticketing solution in October. Hereby, I thank to Ness and all the colleagues that have been participating on fulfilling the digital vision of HC Kosice for more than 3 years. Our solutions will increase the revenues and decrease the costs, which is extremely important considering the conditions and circumstances in Slovak ice-hockey. “
