An NYC founded multinational investment firm came to Ness looking to create more Exchange-Traded Funds (ETF) adoption from their customers. Due to the lack of clarity in product positioning and relationship between funds, their customers were simply not adopting ETFs.
Ness developed a digital product strategy aligning with the client’s business strategy – moving existing content to a new optimized layout, showcasing an alternative approach to ETFs, and curating videos, tools and portfolio examples to educate existing and future customers, resulting in the migration of the ETF provider on to the client’s main website.
All-in-all, Ness helped to increased customer adoption of ETFs by developing and executing a digital product strategy, centered on ETFs and showcased on their website.
