Mark is a champion of thoughtful digital transformation where the adoption of technological change is shaped by human factors; factors which encourage participation, drive value and growth and reduce inefficiencies in workflows. He applies his knowledge of current best practices in design, data, and triggering desired user behavior to help clients respond to business and technology challenges with informed, insightful and valuable solutions.
Mark joined the company in 2012 when Ness acquired the London-based design agency he ran, Imano, to hone Ness’s focus on user- centered product development and service propositions. Prior to Ness and Imano, Mark worked for ten years in the communications and events industries, helping large global brands present their message to audiences adopting digital channels at different speeds.
