Ness Digital Engineering recently hosted the second chapter of its virtual technology conference, Ness TechDays 2016, for an internal audience and special guest client speakers from around the world.
The three-day event featured presentations by Ness designers and engineers on cutting-edge topics which speak to Ness’s strategic go-to-market pillars of Customer Experience Design, Platform Engineering and advanced Data Analytics.
In addition, two clients shared personal perspectives on the business and technology drivers of digital transformation in their organizations – and how digital programs underway with Ness are positively impacting their business outcomes.
Ness actively promotes knowledge sharing, best practice and expertise on niche solutions throughout the year, but TechDays is a particularly high profile event for smart engineers to share their thoughts and insights. It is a core belief at Ness that we must encourage innovative thinking within our own teams and expose challenging ideas to our customers to ensure we’re constantly evolving our approach and validating our thinking. One participant in the post-event survey wrote: “I implemented the solution in my application today and it is immediately working much better”.
Ness CTO, Moshe Kranc commented, “The CTO office is excited to host learning conferences like Ness TechDays. We need to make it easy for our global teams to share their expertise and ingenuity. The state-of-the-art topics we select continue to strengthen engineers’ skills and share business insights, experiences and best practices across the spectrum of our capabilities. The inclusion of Ness customers was an added opportunity to see things through our customers’ eyes, as we collaborate on solutions to help them grow their businesses.”
The Chief Technology Office will continue to create these opportunities for knowledge sharing across geographies.
We will share some of the content from the conference in upcoming blogs on some of the topics including: Representation of Large Corporate Data in HTML Tables Under AngularJS, Securing a Containerized World, and Real Time Data Analytics & Reporting. There will also be video webcasts of previous successful presentations. Ness wants more people to have access to these great resources and we want the brightest engineers to have exposure for their work and ideas.
