Missile Defense Solution Offerings
Ness is Israel's leading developer of Command & Control software for tactical ballistic missile defense systems. Since 1987, and the era of SDI, Ness has been a key player in the Israeli TMD architecture studies, in the development of the Israeli Test-Bed, and in the development of the Arrow Missile Command & Control System. These systems are fully operational and have received acclaim for being developed on time and on budget and for their advanced MMI functionality.
Israeli Test-Bed
The Israeli Test-Bed simulates a full-scale TBM defense command center (multiple workstations and large-screen displays) with data fusion and battle management functions operating in real-time. Adaptive high-fidelity simulations represent a suite of sensors (radar and electro-optic) and a set of defense missiles. The test-bed functionality includes:
- Adaptive Radar Simulation
- Adaptive Weapon Simulation
- Electro-optic Simulation
- Tbm Simulation and Scenario Generation
- Multi-sensor Data Fusion, Discrimination and Tracking
- Interceptor Allocation and Monitoring
- Tactical Displays and Strategic Monitoring
- Intercept Intervention and Control
- DIS Gateway
- Post Execution and Playback
Arrow Weapon Fire Control Center
The Arrow FCC is a mobile command and control center which creates a TBM situation picture. It allows commanders to the set rules of engagement and to control the operation of the ground based radar and all facets of the Arrow launch and intercept process, through high speed interactive display stations.
