The Sequencing & Scheduling System (Air-Parade) provides automatic and optimal scheduling of landing order as well as optimal runway assignments for landing aircraft. Air-Parade assists the Approach and Terminal area Controllers in improving performance of their tasks, increasing the usage of airways and runways, and minimizing delays without compromising flight safety. Air-Parade is provided as an Add-On to existing Air Traffic Control systems.
Approach Sequencing and Scheduling
Air-Parade supports controllers in sequencing and scheduling tasks by recommending runway assignments so that maximum airport and TMA (Terminal Area) capacity can be achieved without compromising flight safety. Air-Parade provides sequencing by updating the FPL (Flight Plan) from the radar track data, and building accurate real-time prediction of the sequence for 20 minutes (system parameter) ahead of the current time.
