The dashboards-based project provides information in the top presentation quality and was performed under the name Enterprise Business Objects Dashboard Implementa-tion (EBODI).
Readability for analysts as well as for managers
The MIS applications used before provided information in the same quality, however, the way of presentation was intended for analysts rather than com-pany’s top management. Therefore, the management expected the new sys-tem to deliver accurate and up-to-date information which will help them in the decision-making process and enable to make key business infor-mation available for other management levels.
Information overview to make the right business decisions
The project aimed to create a system which would give the top management a clear overview of the company’s core activities by way of a transparent and user-friendly system. The solution based on graphic displaying of results, so-called dashboards, turned out to be the right solution.
In the scope of this project, Ness implemented tools enabling a complex view of the financial results and company indicators, thus making the large number of available overviews, reports, tables, graphs and analyses give an overall overview.

Benefits of the solution
Project focused on building management dashboards providing a general overview of the company’s core business. The deployed solution gives the top management a complex overview of the performance as well as the possibility to monitor the key indicators. It allows an easy and fast access to information via dashboards and re-ports which enable the company to identify new business opportunities and chal-lenges and thus gain knowledge, on the basis of which it is possible to make the right decisions and respond to the quickly changing market conditions in a flexible manner.
