The need to solve transparently public tenders is continually increasing. This topic becomes even more actual in reference to a state project NIESO (National Infrastructure for Electronic Submission of Orders), according to which every public submitter without own solution will have to trade through a state mart. Electronic marts have been existing approximately since 2006 in the Czech Republic and Ness was a pioneer in this area and conducted one of the first realizations.
