The recruitment process in our company mostly consists in two rounds:
- FIRST ROUND
(usually no more than one hour)

- § You will meet one of our HR consultants and, in most cases, an expert (a senior executive for that technology, a project manager, potential direct supervisor, etc.).
- § It will be a standard interview, in which we will introduce our company to you and explain in detail the position you are applying for.
- § You will be given an opportunity to present your skills and experience. You will also tell us what you expect from your future job, including your salary requirement.
- § We will answer your questions.
- SECOND ROUND

- § It takes place if both parties are interested.
- § You will meet an expert (if they did not participate at the first meeting) or another member of the team you will work in.
• In many cases, we extend an offer with detailed information already after the first round. If you accept our offer, we will be happy to welcome you on our team!
