 Recruitment process 

 
The success of each company is based on capable people. We thus pay due attention to the selection of our employees and provide them with a motivating environment for a successful work.

The recruitment process in our company mostly consists in two rounds:

    • FIRST ROUND
      (usually no more than one hour)
        • §   You will meet one of our HR consultants and, in most cases, an expert (a senior executive for that technology, a project manager, potential direct supervisor, etc.).
        • §   It will be a standard interview, in which we will introduce our company to you and explain in detail the position you are applying for.
        • §   You will be given an opportunity to present your skills and experience. You will also tell us what you expect from your future job, including your salary requirement.
        • §   We will answer your questions.
    • SECOND ROUND
        • §   It takes place if both parties are interested.
        • §   You will meet an expert (if they did not participate at the first meeting) or another member of the team you will work in.

• In many cases, we extend an offer with detailed information already after the first round. If you accept our offer, we will be happy to welcome you on our team!
