Contact Centers We maintain extensive expertise in the establishment of large-scale contact centers as well as contact centers on demand (CCOD).
Contact Centers – The Telecom Division implements feature-rich, multi-site contact centers for enterprises and telecom operators. Manned by dozens to thousands of agents, each call center operates as one virtual entity.
Contact Center on Demand – Together with our partners, we offer a unified, all-IP multi-tenant contact center suite for network service providers (NSPs). Featuring robust multi-tenancy capabilities along with individual tenant self-administration, the unique CCOD solution enables NSPs to add value to their commodity offerings through new hosted managed services, while increasing margins.
Value-Added Services We partner with leading vendors to provide operators and service providers with an enhanced service development platform (SDP) and end-to-end, real-time solutions for deploying innovative IN/UMS/MMS systems and converged services. Our value-added services also help NSPs administer flexible business models and billing plans.
Voice Portal – We provide a high-performance call processing and media services solution for new-generation voice applications. Based on a state-of-the-art voice platform, the robust, on-site enterprise self-service solution utilizes VoiceXML and other standards-based technologies. With such a voice portal, NSPs can generate additional revenues by providing enhanced services including hosted IVR, speech-enabled self-service, and integrated contact center solutions.
Telephony Directory Assistance System – TDAS provides operators and service providers with a fast and efficient information retrieval system. The open, scalable and modular solution can be deployed in a distributed or centralized environment, and configured according to customer requirements.
