Our Quality Consulting solution includes five major phases:

Phase 1 - Initial Consulting
A senior consultant will be assigned to you in order to gain knowledge about your company, its culture, technologies, schedule, milestones and future system environment and organizational plans. The consultant will then recommend a QA strategy, customized according to your needs with full consideration to your already tight schedule. The goal of the strategy is to assure that the development is performed in the most practical and effective manner and that the maintenance stage will be controlled on all levels.

Phase 2 - QA Strategy Implementation
A QA project manager, experienced in the technologies you are using, will join your development team to begin implementation of your required QA activities:

• Some activities will be implemented immediately; some in stages and some will be kept aside until required in future phases of development or maintenance.
• All activities are performed to fit in with your system development life cycle and release schedule.
• We will provide experts whenever required, for activities such as setting up the version-management baseline, defining the relevant working standards for the CM tool, and designing a new user interface.
• Planning of the software tests is a major task which is performed on the basis of previously decided testing methods and tools.

Phase 3 - Test-Team Establishment
A core team of experienced V-Ness QA and testing professionals is established to enable a quick start on the system test plan and procedures. Our engineers and team leaders, controlled by senior managers, enable us to set up QA teams dedicated to your needs. 

• Test definitions and plans are designed to be reusable, for future versions of your system.

Phase 4 - Ongoing Support
During this stage, we are flexible and adjust the work plan accordingly:

• Additional test engineers are added when required for peak periods.

Phase 5 – The Day After
