This agreement aims at implementing the business & marketing approach. During the first phase of the agreement BTM Solutions GmbH will operate as an exclusive subcontractor to NESS, where after NESS acquires the activities of BTM Solutions in 2004.

 BTM solutions will team specifically with the NESS Benelux organization and will become a dedicated business unit delivering business-critical Document and Content management solutions. These solutions contain the best-in-class ECM products from DOCUMENTUM with applications from BTM and NESS as well as services for medium and large-scale projects. To show its commitment to the German market, NESS is establishing its own German based subsidiary, NESS Deutschland GmbH, in Düsseldorf.

 NESS has a long track record of delivering projects in the areas of CRM, ERP and ECM. As a result, the new business unit is not only able to deliver DOCUMENTUM projects within time and budget, but can also provide integration services with business applications such as SAP and Siebel.
