SWAT Control is a digital ground Command & Control system for mobile elite special operations and tactics units. Offering a comprehensive set of cutting-edge mapping tools and other utilities, SWAT Control allows for the input, management, editing, distribution and collection of data in real time. The system's unique architecture enables rapid implementation of small to large deployments - from two PDAs up to a full-scale, multiple-level system - with superior flexibility and scalability.
During emergency conditions (hostage rescue, counter-terrorism and more), when every second is critical, SWAT Control empowers users to take immediate control of a situation. Intelligence data from external sources, multiple video feeds, operational plans and orders can be sent from command posts to deployed forces. Tracking data, video, messages and orders are shared between all forces. With this information, commanders can quickly create action plans and make better, more informed decisions. Plans can be customized on the fly, adapting to the current situation at hand. All forces are tightly coordinated, with full and timely data available to all participants
Running on PCs, laptops, tablet computers and PDAs, SWAT Control is designed to operate in hostile, unstable and rugged environments.

Key Capabilities
Mapping and graphics
Displaying an array of maps - including raster, satellite and vector - NTMDS GIS-based mapping engine enables real-time control and response.
Navigation and orientation
SWAT Control allows for a wide range of navigation and orientation capabilities including GPS positioning, navigation route planning, and displaying the complete route of maneuvers.
Mission assessment
Users can draw the mission route and waypoints, and then view the latter on a 3D display for easy visualization of the area's terrain and vantage points.
Real-time situation picture
SWAT Control provides real-time viewing of force positions and movements, leading to increased coordination among neighboring forces.
Video capture and display
Any client can act as a video server capable of capturing, manipulating and distributing images to other users located either at the command center or in the field.
Mutual data update
Designed for hostile and unstable operating environments, SWAT Control supports real-time data updating across the system in the event of a communication failure or the joining and rejoining of stations.
Multiple datacom modes
The system supports a wide variety of data transmission modes - such as tactical HF/VHF radio, wireless LAN/WAN, cellular, and Ethernet - and is designed to provide the optimal mode for both static and mobile stations.
Built-in simulator
Supporting operational use simultaneously with a training mode, SWAT Control provides a built-in simulator that enables the commander to simulate messages and graphic orders to the end units.
Varied data sharing
SWAT Control enables the sharing of operational data among all units including SOS messages, free text messages, fixed SMS messages and graphic orders.
After-action review
SWAT Control can record all events and then present them at a later stage for improved analysis and control, in addition to supporting media and legal tasks.
